Prior to Five9, Rowan was SVP and General Manager of Cisco’s Applications Group and a member of the executive leadership team.
Eric Yuan founded Zoom in 2011 to deliver happiness and bring teams together to get more done in a frictionless video environment. Zoom’s video-first unified communications platform continues to dramatically transform the way leading global enterprise companies communicate. Under Eric’s leadership, Zoom was one of the highest-performing tech IPOs of 2019.Prior to founding Zoom, Eric was corporate vice president of engineering at Cisco.

And a startup that connects companies to this community of flex professionals through a freelance marketplace and remote jobs board.

Before Fireflies, Krish was one of the youngest product managers hired at Microsoft leading projects around customer voice analytics and growth engineering. He graduated from Upenn and has guest lectured at Stanford on Deep Learning & ML.
Chris Herd is the Founder & CEO of Firstbase. Firstbase is the Physical OS for remote teams. Their platform lets companies supply and manage all the physical equipment remote workers need to do great work at home as a monthly subscription. Firstbase handles everything; from the deployment of goods, IT installation, maintenance, collections when a worker leaves through to upgrades at the end of the product life-cycle.
Tien Tzuo is the world’s foremost authority on the “The Subscription Economy.” He is CEO & Founder of Zuora (NYSE: ZUO), the leading Subscription Economy SaaS provider. Born out of Tzuo’s experiences at Salesforce, Zuora was founded in 2007 following his roles as the CMO & CSO. He is the author of the USA Today, LA Times and Amazon best selling book, “SUBSCRIBED: Why the Subscription Model Will be Your Company’s Future -and What to Do About it.”

John Chambers is the founder & CEO of JC2 Ventures. In his role, Chambers focuses on helping disruptive startups from around the world build and scale, while also promoting the broader development of startup nations and a startup world. Prior to founding JC2 Ventures, he served as CEO, Chairman & Executive Chairman at Cisco Systems. During his 25+ years at Cisco, he helped grow the company from $70 million when he joined in 1991, to $1.2 billion when he became CEO in 1995, to $47 billion when he stepped down as CEO in 2015.
Nick Mehta is the CEO of Gainsight, the leading Customer Success company. Since joining in 2013, Nick led the company through multiple funding rounds, raising a total of $156 million, and grew the company from a handful of employees to more than 630 people working in seven offices around the world. He was named one of the Top 50 SaaS CEOs by SaaS report, is an EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, and holds one of highest Glassdoor approval ratings for CEOs. He is also the co-author of Customer Success: How Innovative Companies Are Reducing Churn and Growing Recurring Revenue.
Andrew Stroup is the Executive Director of Project N95 and the founder of LVRG. He is a serial technology entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with domain expertise in software, cybersecurity, robotics, procurement, and government. Andrew was previously an Entrepreneur in Residence at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the Director of Product and Technology for the White House Presidential Innovation Fellows, has co-founded a security software startup within the identity and access management sector, built giant fighting robots designed for glorious arena combat, and started a non-profit makerspace focused on access to industrial grade tools and education.
Bocar is a technology entrepreneur and GTM leader who is passionate about building and scaling Sales from the ground up. He joined Hootsuite pre-revenue as part of the first sales team and went on to become a sales leader through the growth to $150M+, notably starting, building and leading the largest revenue region (NA East) and 100+ people office in Toronto. Bocar is now Co-founder at Aplayr, a company he started to address challenges experienced first hand managing sales teams to productivity in a high growth environment.

Amanda Greenberg is the Co-Founder and CEO of Balloon (https://getballoon.com), a platform that solves systemic organizational issues like cognitive bias and group dynamics by transforming how teams interact. Prior to founding Balloon, she was a public health researcher in DC, developing national behavior change campaigns for the EPA, CDC, and DOE. She graduated from Dartmouth College and completed her graduate degree in public health and environmental engineering at UNC-Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health.
